The Academy is an initiative by Televideocom aimed at talents who, upon completing a specialized training program, want to enter the workforce by facing stimulating challenges and participating in project implementation for our clients.
Talents participating in the Corporate Academy develop a greater understanding of growth opportunities within the company, thereby increasing their motivation.
Quoting a concept from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD): a corporate academy is “the tangible and visible expression of a learning organization that develops and supports change processes, ensures the alignment of values, strategies, and people within the organization, continuously adapts and enhances the key competencies of the company and the individuals working for and with it; its mission is to help improve and strengthen the competitive position of businesses in the market.”
